    We had to settle for diagonally facing rooms instead of connected ones.

    The location is top (about 7 min walk to downtown), staff was very friendly. Room was very nicely furnished and very clean. Room service was very good.

    With such a high price for the hotel, the multi-storey car park should be at least free or cheaper for the hotel guests. The hotel guests pay exactly the same as other persons who do not use the hotel. It's relatively expensive

    The rooms were nice and big. . . The staff was very friendly in all areas. . Breakfast was good and there was plenty to choose from.

    The mattresses were too soft, you got back pain which was felt a few days after the stay.

    Breakfast was very tasty but with 16 € it was too expensive by Croatian standards. Underground car park also too expensive and excessive but safe !1

    I liked the friendly staff.

    Cleanliness of the rooms under the bed bad smell chewing gum on the carpet in the bathroom mold bathtubs edge , and minibar empty no one came to fill it up

    The bed was very comfortable and the whole hotel was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly, which made the whole stay even more pleasant. Directly in front of the hotel there were several tram stops.

    The cleaners were quite loud in the morning (8:30), which was a bit unpleasant after a long New Year's Eve night, but this is not a reproach, they just did their job.

    It was not pleasant to me, that at settlement on card VISA it has been blocked 2200 кун, though calculation by cash Has been made immediately. In one of the subsequent 5 hotels of Croatia such were not. Money have not returned on Card till now.

    I had a nice stay here. the breakfast buffet was great, and the a la carte menu offered delicious options. The room was clean and spacious, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy. I might choose this place again!

    I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, and the very classy hotel lobby. Also the hotel staff was very professional.

    The fact that in the first room we got, we couldn't open the windows. The other room had windows that could just slightly be opened. Also the swimming pool wasn't available during the weekend.
